Our Drug Fee is covered by the majority of group plans at 100% and individual plans at 90%. Our pharmacy team has worked hard to negotiate direct billing with select insurance plans and will follow up directly if there is a co-pay balance (typically within 2-3 days).

In the event direct billing is not supported by your plan, we will provide you with all the documentation to submit a claim manually and will support you throughout the claims process as needed. Most insurers process these claims within 5-7 business days.
